Inf Health/Inf Armor are not functioning - both decrease as if the trainer was not installed, and I can get swarmed/killed easily by a bunch of kamikaze mutants if I'm not alert.
Inf FC isn't infinite, it just gives me 100000 FC which can be added to (had added 2,000 before getting to the chopper in addition to what the cheat gives), so presumably that's not working either.
Can't comment ont he inf ammo cheat, as the last time the game had crashed I only had the pistol. It had inf ammo/no reload, though - so that was functioning for the pistol.
If you don't worry about achievements, if you're playing just for fun, you can enable developer cheats, which will give you all your needs but you won't score and you won't get achievements.
To enable cheats, press F1 during the game to open the console and type:
cht_bEnableCheats = 2;
Then press F1 to close the console, press ESC and F3 for the cheat menu.

Not quite is must be: cht_bEnableCheats=2 (watch the small b and capitals)

EDIT: Steam has just SS3 updated the dll was 186 mb so even if it doesn't work we still need a new one (one that functions that is) and can you guys check of the a possibility is to flying?
Gonna add my 2 cents here as well. As others said the health, armor and ammo dont work. I have no idea what the FC are so that could use some explanation.
But the worst part for me is that I keep getting Game Over message. Its as if I suddenly just got instakilled for no reason at all.
I didnt start using the trainer before the area where I got the Cannon. What happens is I start fighting, then after a minute or 2 I just get a black screen and the message saying Game Over and that I can load from previous save. It happens randomly, even if I have not taken a single hit.
