    The trainer crashes every time I attempt to use it. It gets as far as "authenticating trainer" and then it pops up the "not responding" message.

    Has anyone encountered this problem and know of any solutions?

    Also, I'm on Windows 7, and have IE uninstalled. I saw in previous posts that it was recommended but it hasn't helped it seems.

    Any advice is appreciated, thanks guys!
