The quickest way for me to add perk points was to use the command "player.setlevel #" set # to 1, that AdvSkill (skill) 100 and spam it, you find that your level increases fast as well as having some perks.
Would be nice to know how to get dragon souls, but ruins the fun of the game to kill dragons
All I did to get my perks was to do the console a few times...then use tsearch to find the location of the perks..I changed it to 99 then locked it at 99...went into game at that time and using player.setav skill # for each of the perks to 100 then went into each tree and using the 99 perks that are locked...I opened each tree...was pretty easy...if you need the save game to look at the perks and all that...let me know and will find a way to get it online so you can download it.

Add dragon souls. Teleport (Mark a spot, like normal) No Shout cooldown.
If you console spawn dragons they only give 1 soul each time you kille them. As opposed to finding them legit, they give 10+
Seconding the crap out of this. One shout per day is a little... stingy.
The ability to add perk points without leveling up or increasing the level of the skill would also be good - I can't provide a save-game for this, as I already indirectly maxed them out using console commands, but that has the unfortunate side-effect of preventing XP from being earned.

If you want to upload it to Cheat Happens, you can send it via the submit link at the top of the page. This would be good so that the guys can take a look at perks.
I'm only level 4 in my save, so I figured it would be pointless to up my save here. I know I'll be spamming the lockpick option though. I break those suckers like cheap bread sticks
To get your save generally available on the Internet, use a file locker site like mediafire, megaupload or rapidshare.

Hey Pwiz and cal, as always I give my hats off to you guys first for 1. working so hard with all the trainers you have to watch over 2. Supporting us even though we are not worthy of your greatness 3. and overall just being awesome.........
Onto my humble request, I agree with you that a trainer is not needed really due to the console commands, however
there is something that the console commands cannot do..........
- Trainer option: REMOVE DRAGON SHOUT COOLDOWNS
which is a really neat feature if added to a trainer (ive seen you guys add no cooldowns cheats to trainers before so should be pretty easy i think)
Just need a Trainer Command to remove the cooldowns on dragon shouts....dragon shouts can do things like summon a thunderstorm, teleport behind an enemy, slow time, etc.........
I would upload a save game, but its easier via the console way to get the dragonshouts and dragon soul..............
Below is a copy and paste on how to do it
Make sure psb cheat is not used because that disabled shouts. (which i stupidly did and have to restard from begining)... - - -
First, you need to know what shout you want to add.. lets say you want to add the shout "Throw Voice"
Open the console, and type: help throw 4
Look for SHOU: (0007097F) 'Throw Voice'
Now, type: player.addshout 0007097F
You will have your shout, (under spells), However, you will need a dragon soul to activate it.
How to summon a dragon:
In the console, type: help dragon 4
Select a dragon, preferably this one: player.placeatme 0010FEED
Make sure you have god mode (via tgm), kill the dragon to get a soul
