2PM EST. The test was suppose to happen in the US and territories plus or minus some places.

Emergency Alert System has failed horribly.... From what reports are saying is some people got it others didn't. Some got to listen to lady gaga, while others watched QVC or like me, you saw and heard nothing.

Seems sorta wrong that it took 30+ years to test and make sure the federal part of the system even worked...

IMO FEMA and the FCC just trolled the nation, but anyway. Anyone actually get the test in their area?

Test worked well here in East Tennessee - on Directv - all channels.
