I still get weird happenings when the menu option pops up sometimes and its all greyed out and I cannot get back into game and have to kill the program and restart it to make it work again....very annoying!
I do stress, however, that this is my own personal experience. As above, it looks like there's still problems.
Slick graphic without good stability is worthless, so too bad, the dev apparently focus way too much to its graphic, they should never released a very unfinished product & then hope for their customer to wait while they try to solve the problems... its not a good thing for business like making your customer to wait for long times
This game have huge potentials but its bugfest ruined it
You will do something quite simple and the game will bust on you.
If you do designing...be careful of the icons.....if you see locations that have the click the icon to add the whatever boost/module/etc....if those are either not fully described/labeled or coded, you will crash....happens usually when I design and see either double of the same icons in the same slot area....good sign that a crash will happen..
Other is more difficult...Unless only certain modules are supposed to go in certain areas of the ship...then that is also a crash waiting to happen....like Camel module in the front area of the ship....at least that crashed for me.
Combat still crashes at times when you do not auto-combat...
There are also a lot of descriptions you will note that are not completed.....some have stuff like @describe Pulsar goes woowooo etc or similar....
Still get random encounters constantly even at 0% random encounters so they have not fixed it yet.
Some of these randomly "0% setting = roughly 50-75% constant encountering" encountered mobs are insanely strong and kill your combat ships easily without getting a single kill on them.... even if you have it set to EASY.
