Man i went to Eb today and ask if i can get the game early but the guy work there said he would give in to me if he could he got it at the back of the shop but he cant give out till 10 or 11. coz the big boss come in and check if every coppy still there.. well it sucks man to know that every EB in Australia have it in but wont give it to you yet guess we have to wait huh

because if they break street date they get hefty fines and less available stock in the game.

yeh they told me that aswell.. but when my mate was working there as a store manager he doesnt care he gave me the game early and nothing ever happen owell i guess time change..

Kmart did that with battlefield 3 and are being charged, and JB hi fi did that with another EA game, and got some ridiculous fines for it

Here in the Netherlands you can buy it already.

It seams most stores started selling as soon as MW3 came out on Tuesday

You can play it on 360 and ps3 but you can't install the PC version because of steam

Even if you have your hands on retail copy (I do) you can't play it because steam won't allow activation until unlock date. Depending which region they throw AUS in its either late on the 10th or early 11th
