Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hello guys, I am new to the message boards so please forgive me if my specific authenticity problem has already been solved, but I cannot seem to find a solution.

When I registered for my account my laptop and home PC were using downloaded trainers without any issue, at my home in the UK (I am US military stationed abroad). However, I have recently deployed to Iraq and on my free time I like to log into the internet they have over here and flip on a trainer to use with a game I would like to play on my laptop. Every single time, no matter how many times I would re-download, reset, turn off firewall/AV, run as admin, and use an offline key, the trainer will fail an authentication check.

I am running out of ideas, and was wondering if there was anything specific to my situation that may have a hand in this issue. Thanks ahead!

There's nothing on our end that is blocking you from authenticating. Either some software (AV, firewall, etc) or your network's router/firewall is blocking it. It's a simple port 80 call to our server.
