Forget what I said earlier if I could reply to my own post I made before I would have done that instead of creating a new topic zzzz -_-. This does work I figured it out. You gottah log into the game on Steam in Library section do not choose DX10 version choose the other option. This trainer even works online surprisingly 0_0! however if you're going to use shift tab to switch between windows I wouldn't recommend minimizing the game while trainer is active. Game will crash. I still haven't fully tested it but so far it's pretty good
The trainer works fine with Steam. But when I use it, something evil causes a loud cathedral bell sound that keeps ringing and never goes away. Torture! Has anyone had this problem? If so, has anyone found a way to disable the great dong?

That sound you her is the game singing your death hymn... really. You have so much heath that the game is unable to register it properly, so it thinks you're dying.
When you hear the bell, just reload your save a couple times and it should stop. Alternatively, use the points to give yourself a ton of "real" health so you do not need the health function of the trainer.
