This is my cheat engine table, it has all the sliders for user and the cpu. Most coach settings, Game Options, Height, Weight, and skill caps for My Player are there too. I hope someone else can find the missing sliders, I'm not too good at manually finding addresses.
lock the address, change the value to 99, upgrade the skill on NBA 2K12, then save the changes. And for Height 200 = 6'6" and goes up or down an inch every 3 points.
You can use the "NBA 2k12 Editor V1.01 posted here:

The editor itself is in Chinese (the website is not), but Height and Weight editors are on the far right with the stats "190" attributed to them. The top one is "height" and is measured in CM rather than feet. You'll have to find out what the CM conversion is for the height you want and put that in.
Weight is below it, and is set at 190 because that is the default weight your My Player starts with at the creation screen.
Use both of these at the MyPlayer creation screen...once you make a change, you'll see the height and weight of your player adjust.
There is also a 2k12 Player Overall Modification Tool that will allow you to set all of your stats to 99 at the player creation screen so you'll have all 99's during the rookie challenge. I couldn't get the CheatHappens trainer to work for me at this part.
Well after some time i found the hex for season games and quarter length in my player mode. Watch out in order for season length to work u must activate it before u start ur player game. Here it is: Season length: 01323110 where o is for 14 games , 1 for 23 etc.
quarter length: 013238E4 where in value u just put the actual minutes. It can work anytime u want ( when u skip to key games for example but remember to change the value before the match starts.
What errors are you getting for the Editor? You have to have 2k12 running and at the MyPlayer creation screen. Then, you atl-tab out of the game, then start the editor, then make the changes you want to make (remember to "Save"...click the button under the section you're editing) then alt-tab back into the game.
