Perhaps on purpose, since one of the things CH doesn't do is make trainers that work online, and isn't there a leader board or something like that for the Arena? I remember there being a real problem over the Starcraft 2 trainer, accounts getting banned because people were blazing through achievements like crazy. As I recall, CH was already, at the time, not making trainers for online usage, but Blizzard didn't appreciate the distinction because they felt the achievements were in some way prestigious...
I'd not be surprised if it's just an effort on the part of the trainer creator to prevent the trainer from being used to cheat online. CDprojekt are a cool company, evidenced by the DRM-free GOG version, the fact that there is a patch 2.0 that really overhauls the game (which nobody really expected, it was already great; The Witcher's enhanced edition patched up some serious problems with the basic game, voice acting, etc., and the fact that they just gave it away with tons of extras added in was awesome, so the followup to that being "by the way guys THE WITCHER 2 2.0" was pretty cool). No point making things hard on the good guys. CDprojekt are definitely the good guys.
hi there, i signed up as an unlimited member just for the witcher 2 trainer, but i doesn't work... when i start it, i can't do anything with it, i even have to close it via the task manager does anyone know what to do? i already tried to run as admin, deactivated my antivirus program and firewall but it doesn't work
Alas another trainer that just wont work for me. I bought the full game and updated to 2.0 but hitting F1 at the main screen never works. Ive tried moving the trainer to the witcher 2 folder and that still doesnt help. Is there something that im missing with these trainers? I couldnt get the first witcher to work or Dragon age 2 or even Dungon siege 3. These were all retail boxes not steam.
disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. turn on f-lock. right click run as admin on trainer and game. drop a nickel in the jar on your way out.
