Me and a friend tried overclocking my CPU and changed the VRAM frequency, but when we hit save and quit, my computer restarted but didn't start up at all. It won't even show the BIOS screen now. Can anybody help?

disconnect the main power to computer and remove the battery from the motherboard for thirty sedconds or so then replace and reconnect the power that should have reset your overclocking haha euphoria beat me to it algood
Some of the newer PCs will automatically go back to bios default if you simply try restarting a few times after a bad overclock. You will get a message that overclocking failed and that default values were used. Otherwise you can try the battery trick.

Most newer boards will have EZFlash usually, if your bios is bad, put the DVD-Rom that came with the Motherboard (with drivers etc) into the drive and start up it should read the disc and put the bios back to original settings.
Let this be a lesson to people who think they can waltz into OCing, cause so many think its great and did it, read up on the subject first and learn what the volatge changes do etc.

rule 1 if your pc is made in this millenium DO NOT OVERCLOCK IT! first off no need overclocking is marginal performance anyway if you invsted in the correct equipment (quality over price everytime) only pre 2,000 equip is worth overclockign and even then its tricky for newbies.
want a easy hoby to practice on try underclocking first. get a supped up pc and see how much crap you can strip off and still get it to work. you would be suprrised how much space is wasted on a pc. - this will take forever to boot though but thats the fun of it

When I opened my box, my eyes fell on the words on the motherboard that say "reset BIOS", so I tried it first, and ... wola!!!! I now have my BIOS back! Tanx to everybody, and YES, I will not play there again.
