If you are looking for anything related to X3TC the forums at Egosoft are the best location for scripts.

The cheat script there is working and many other scripts that add to the game!

You can still manually enter a script in the script editor, follow this x3 Youtube videos instructions. It still works in X3: Albion Prelude because I just tried it myself and it worked.
