Hello,
can someone give me a cheat program with which I can change the values in said game? I've tried a few. But in these, the value is always set back to its old value. The program should be easy to use. Am not a professional. Or can someone make a cheat for this game?

You are a month early, which means you are using a beta.
Firstly gamehacking isn't about pressing a button and viola you have found an option, it takes time to make permanent options. There is tutorials that will give you more insight.
Secondly this isn't the right place to ask, although as said its a month early you will need to wait until close to official release time to ask for a trainer to be made and i'm sure one will be made for this title.
Just not for the beta.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
