When I activate the invulnerability cheat, it disables AI for the NPC Space Marines and the orks, which makes the orks not attack and some missions are unable to be completed.
Boom.. turn it back on...
in fact you can turn it on, wait until your health rises, then turn it back off.
or you can use the 100 other trainers that are out there for this game. (sarc intentional)

I'm not sure how much you are being playful or maybe taunting me. If anyone has heard of a trainer that works for the current version, other than this one, I am down to hear about it.
If you are unwilling to create invulnerability that works as one would expect, I'm not trying to demand that you do.
I don't normally post of forums, as most of the time someone has the same issue as I do, and I can use that response.
However, I feel the tone of your reply, especially the "as one would expect" part lacks any form of respect.
This is an old game now and Caliber did not have to revisit it, I'm sure there are new games he'd rather be working on.
If the invulnerability option isn't to your liking, learn to code and make your own Trainer.
It's not just you - same result here with the ammo.
I just went thru this too. You have to do it sometimes a few times, sometimes several, and I found using the #2 machine gun works best and sets them all. But then when I swapped the #4 gun for a Laser, I can't get that gun set no matter what I do. Seems a bit temperamental. 😵
Another weird thing - I find with God mode on your squad won't follow you and you have to turn that off to get them back with you again. 🤔
Edit: Just played a session and couldn't get any gun set for Ammo except the machine Gun. A coupla of times as soon as I pressed Numpad 2, the game shut down.
