Firstly, I believe you spelled "complain" wrong. Secondly, you should seek counseling. It's understandable that your parents wouldn't love/want you enough to give you the attention you require, but it's terribly irregular and slightly disturbing to see someone crying for attention from, as you said, complete strangers.
