How about adding Steam Gamertag to profile like XBOX Live?
Sure it could be some work, but i think could be great, since steam gets really popular. Also there is ability to view profile as xml, so it could be possible to make own script or something like that.

Nice well if that was available I would be up to upload my steam id and xlive gamertag as well but mate is your steam account vac banned and happy holidays
