It does but not all upgrades i got two upgrades where mega items does nothing to them there names are amunition count and speed reload
it does the first 10 or so items in the inventory. If you drop alot of unneeded items, then it should work on the other items. If not, there is no way i can isolate the dozens of items available to pick up-
