Second patch seems to have rolled out, there was a update yesterday night which I assume was the 7145 build (Aug 15th?) and now there's a 7150 build Aug 16th according to the main menu info. (It's the 17th here though but it updated just a few minutes ago, exe and some smaller files but the changes haven't been posted yet on the Steam website so I can't see anything specific.)
Will try the trainer when I have more time unless someone else has reported about it by then (Or what to call it.), it might still be compatible.

Yep version 7150. I used the current trainer and it seems to work okay except the money option only appeared to work once.
