Lol dude, it aint that hard =p I'm on Wildfire level atm. Roughly 2 or 3 ahead of you. So far enjoying it in short bursts of gameplay inbetween some other games.
Quite refreshing to go back to it now and again that way. Granted a trainer would be nice, but i don't think it needs anything. Just brain power =]
i cannot find where my save is, and im stuck on the tsunami level so i quit lol
check the directory that i posted above, it might not be exactly the same, but its somethign like that, it wont give any indication that they are for From Dust, except for the dates of the save files.
No fires would be fairly easy I think, just make a trainer option to automatically add the resistance to fire and water to your villages instead of having to make a villager go get them.
Sand seems to drop like sand would, in piles that can be easily eroded away by both wind and water.
The water itself seems a little flaky at first and more viscous like milk, but keep in mind that the "elements" used are to create a puzzle, and water is really hard to accurately duplicate in any game. Though the way it "paves" rivers through sand makes you have to think more about how best to redirect it than just get rid of it, which I love.
The lava seems to work best either when dropped suddenly all at once or in small drips, because if you just pour it in a stream, it tends to build into a pillar, which is great for blocking things, but not always best if your villagers need to access an area beyond it.
I'm looking forward to timer cheats for the objectives as well as the god abilities, and perhaps a way to use the god abilities before earning them, I think if you add an infinite grab cheat it could work more to disadvantage as it could be glitchy and takes away the slight resource management aspect. Just my own personal view, to be honest, I can't wait for the trainer, no matter which options, I think it will make it more of a true "sandbox" game at times, and I can always play it for its puzzle-solving value without cheats.
