Hello guys I am a new member here. I just downloaded trainer customizer again and when I opened the file, there is a big "7" in the big middle screen and "undefined" under it and they are both blinking. It seems that I can't use the customizer now. This is strange because last time I succeeded in using the trainer customizer. Please advise me on how using it again? Is it my laptop or something else? Thank you

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin. disable all other multimedia keyboard software. make sure no keys stuck.

I have disabled my AV, disabled the firewall, clicked as administrator and it seems that I don't have any multimedia keyboard software n still the trainer customizer didn't work..now i am really really confused. Could you tell me any example of multimedia keyboard software? is softstylus considered as one?

anything that controls or manipulates the keys on your keyboard or activates/controls macros.
