I think you got Medicinal Cannabis confused with Marijuana in your title. If it's for health reasons and proscribed by a doc, it is legal. All other cases are illegal. In fact I think the US even has a official farm to grow the stuff for prescription.
My thoughts are that I don't care either way. If a government decides to grow it or allow a public company(owned by the government) to grow it, and collect taxes off it, all the better. Through it up on shelf and let the stoners fork up money for it that will go to possibly helping other areas of government and country. Otherwise, continue to waste money on trying to catch dealers and druggies all alike. Put them in jail and make 'em make license plates or some other form of menial labor.

Last I knew, it can be legal in a state, but it is still federally illegal. So even if a state were to say it's okay, the government can still come in and shut them down and/or arrest people.

Can I just post this website, I don't think its against the rules, but there are some F-bombs dropped and such. So, don't click on the link if you have a problem.
yea...sure legalize it. most of the stuff that's illegal is fun to do because its illegal..take that away and it loses part of its charm. let the people decide what's good for them or bad. and NO...there's no such thing as a GOOD drug.

I'd say legalize it for use by doctors only or patients who are under very close supervision. It's a controlled substance and as such, should be controlled. So I guess my vote is yes, as long as those using it are very closely monitored.
