Now I remember a few important details about this game and what I can tell you is that it's old. If you have ever encountered this game, please tell me it's name.
The game is somewhat a role playing 3rd person RTS. The story is about a Soviet soldier that sneaks in Western Germany. The true goal of this, I do not remember. The thing I remember is that a high ranking Soviet officer helped this soldier (you) enter Germany by getting a tank to fire at the border guards. That's about all I remember. Oh and I think Fidel was in this game.
I can't remember the title of the game, but I can remember that it is quite old.
