I thought that cheat engine is totally free!!! But yesterday, I faced a message which was about buying cheat engine for extremely high price. If you don't pay money, it will be very limited(Next Scan won't work anymore!!!!!!!!!!). I found a solution to bypass this limitation. But I may violate TOS. I want to ask from Moderators if I can write this hint here.
I'd suggest wiping it from your system and starting from the off again if possible; as there is the possibility the pay-to-use version you seem to have acquired may have been sabotaged.
I'm trying to remember the link to the article I was reading not so long ago, but it was based around cell groups reverse-engineering standard software to issue a "buy now" button to nick a few of your hard earned greens.
