update game to latest version and use the latest trainer. disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run trainer as admin. use no-cd fix. etc

Solved, update to latest patch, run the trainer, aaand... both game & trainer running perfectly, thanks. Fyi, the trainer for original retail version (unpatch) is renamed automatically as "whatamassivepainha4x0ris-ch.zip"..?? (because usually it'll be renamed as "game abbreviation" & "CHU-username" )
