In the town Fyrestone ontop of marcus's building facing the boulders you can see a green clap-trap . how do you reach him ?

Check youtube for a video on how to reach him. You need to grenade jump around the side like towards scooters depot. The video will show you where to go.

Once you do reach him, he doesn't give you anything or say anything.
