will there be a steam version?

To mister sundiver well steam version has not yet been patched to 7.1.1 its still 7.0.71 at time of writing this.

You allways want to check the version of the game you are playing especially with the steam (patches come there later than elsewhere for some reason when it is 3rd party developer in question

For suppreme ruler cold war you can see the version number in main menu under the quit button in whtite text.
