I can't seem to figure out how to get trainers to work with Textmod. It seems that I have to replace the game's .exe file with textmod and thus rename the textmod .exe file as the original game's .exe name. When I use a trainer from this site, it says "Trainer Activated", but none of the cheats actually work. How do I fix this problem? BTW, I mainly use textmod with Steam games. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Never used textmod, so no idea what it is, but it is possible that is loads a process within a process, which will change addresses etc thusly the trainer won't pick it up.

I've used it before with Divinity 2 and I remember the trainer still working okay. You're sure it works when playing the game without Texmod?
