"Sticky" does the opposite to me... on General Discussions Message Board - Page 1

Sticky topics are supposed to be up there always so we can notice them. Well, in my case the exact opposite happens, I never notice them as if they're same topics up there always, ending up not seeing them at all.

Anyone feels the same? xD
