ok...on level interval 08 Ward...where your fighting the big boss guy...the trainer don't work in that area...the inf health don't work even if you disable and re-enable it...the unlimited ammo and stuff seems to work...but you have to keep turning it off and back on after so many mins...then when you go back and play the levels as the brother....the inf health don't work but the ammo and stuff works but only if you turn if off and turn it back on everytime you take over a body or person...And also would be good in the trainer to have the unlimited powers of the brother...so you don't run out of the energy he uses...I hope this helps and if need save game or anything from me...just let me know..
Some elements of the game have scripted events, and of course if your on Fearless level then it will kick you in the nuts also, some attacks will kill you instantly no matter if the option is on.
For instance Interval 2 if your on fearless and going for the chopper if the boss guy hits you with a few melee attacks you will fail >.<

I cannot find the savegames, so i must suspect they are stored either server side or in another file.
Also, i have noticed during interval 5, during the phase caster or power armor fight that superhealth is also given to one, or the other depending on when you engage superhealth.
Same problem in interval 5 with the phase caster/power armor fight.
I didn't use the trainer until that level and I never had a crash until i tried the trainer.
Trainer options also, as others have posted, do not seem to work regularly and have to be disabled and re-enabled quite often for them to work.

Hi the game do indeed crash randomly when trainer is active at the end of a level, But the diyng part i do all the options twice and no problemos and also switching weapon need to do the unlimted and the no reload twice: that is pressing twice on all options to get the super health and so on.
I still need to save up for this game so I can't test the Trainer as yet
