Can't load trainers with the old graphix in Windows 7. I don't have any virus protection, firewall, or security apps installed on my system. The new trainers work just fine and a select few of the old ones work but most of the old ones don't work. One example is any of the Civilization 5 trainers will not load up. I double click on them and nothing happens. I've tried setting the trainer to use Admin options but no luck. Any help any of you cheathappens.com members can give would be great. Thank you for your time.

Change compatibility of your trainer to windows xp(right click on trainer, go to properties).

I've done that as well with no luck.

Try to run the game and then run the trainer.

He is right. Some trainers do not work until the game is open (they search for the game, if not found, the trainer is closed).

This is typical behavior of some type of security software blocking them, especially if it's older ones. Try re-downloading those trainers and doing a "CLEAN BOOT". Then you might be able to narrow down what is causing the issue.
