I doubt we'll see Heart of the Swarm until well after Diablo III is out and all settled down. Development aside, Blizz have always been big on drawing out hype as much as possible. Can't see them letting two big releases compete for headlines (so to speak).
As far as the actual game, I don't think Kerrigan's been completely restored to a human condition (as physically evidenced by her hair), but she's not truly Zerg anymore, either. I'm curious what her attitude will be vis-a-vis Jim Raynor more than anything else. I'm also hoping for a good cutscene of her murdering Acturus Mengsk in some novel and bloody fashion.
