hi i know that that the trainers aren't viruses but i don't know how to make an exception for a specific file.in using mcafee as my anti-virus software and i don't want to turn it off completely either. so does anyone know how to make an exception?

You should open mcafee and go to parental controls or add exceptions to your mcafee firewall by following these instructions:
Double-click the taskbar icon to open SecurityCenter
Click Advanced Menu (bottom)
Click Configure (left)
Click Internet & Network (top left)
Click Advanced (right)
Click Program Permissions (left)
and add permissions as you like happy holidays
