So some people said the trainer works, i manage to get it to work after all the crashing and exciting the site, however using the Trainer is i wouldn't say worthless but using option 1/2 still messes up the game either it makes the cars dissapear or the camera fudges up the game and you can't even see the road. Like F1 2010 the trainer for that was excellent but i'm saying it's better to play the game without using the trainer.
Same here. Dirt 3 freezes and I have to kill process only when using the option 1. Trainer works great at all
For me it's option 1 and 2. But i'm actually playing the game without the trainer and i'm enjoying it. Just thought of paying for a Lifetime membership some stuff would work.
Sounds to me like you guys are ungrateful for what we have provided and just want us to retire the game. That can certainly be arranged.
Far from ingrate, we're just reporting some malfunction trainer options for future improvements. Like Ilanfantasy says, some people might get ****ed by the fact of paying for a malfunctioning product.
More information (for my problem) Steam ver. of game, Win Seven x64, not running in dx11 mode.
The "product" isn't malfunctioning, the GAME is. It's not our fault that disabling the AI steering caused the drivers to be able to drive off the map into unplayable areas and then causes the game to wig out. Go to the Dirt 3 official forums and you'll find TONS of people complaining of crashes, freezes, etc and they are NOT using the trainer.
Trainers make the game do things that were not intended and can have unintended results. You have to accept this with ANY trainer. Throw in extensive anti-cheat technology PLUS GFWL crap and it makes it nearly impossible to make a trainer for the game. But, we did our BEST, like always, when we could have just said **** it and moved on. Perhaps next time that is what we will do.
Thread closed.
We will consider updating the trainer if game patches, but it will not be a priority.
