The file I have downloaded give an error message when I try to unpack.The file is damaged or have not the right format.I tried to unpack direct after download so how come?
disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. disable browser addons. lower browser security. try different browser.

If you have like a G15 Keyboard or something with macro keys you should program on of the macros to post that all in a button's push.
Other browser, disable all protection etc.
