this game injects and uninjects several .dll's. you might wait to press F1 to start the trainer when you get to the action portion of the game for those options that work in the action portion of the game (cooldowns, etc.). if they stop working, then pause the game, alt tab out and close the trainer and then re-run the trainer.

the same thing applies for ability points, etc. make sure to follow the instructions and also feel free to restart the trainer if it appears to not be working. the .dll's may have be uninjected and then re-injected by the game. this has been discussed previously.

Such a pain, though for such a non-fun game - I'm totally regretting having bought this game.
