Well CH staff are in talks with a provider to see if anything can be done, but it is also believed it may be something tied in with IE8/9 like an addon etc that may be holding the trainer back.
As you noticed with the trainer it has a part where it displays something from the web in the form of HTML.
So if you do have any addons on your Internet Explorer like toolbars etc try disabling them or uninstalling them. Or wait a couple of days to see what happens with the provider.

Yeh...I don't use IE. I did update to FireFox 4 though - think that might be the issue? I can try uninstalling FF4 and migrate my stuff back to FireFox 3.... I'll let you know what I find out.
Actually - before I mess with that junk. Do the trainers utilize IE extensions or something?
