Well i was just asking if you advice me to get this game , now i have read a lot of reviews and some user's comments about this game , and so far so good and i wanted to ask the gamers here if they advice me to get this one , Thanks a lot for helping out !
Its an awesome game, may be a bit buggy but a billion times better than Empire Total War. I felt a little detached from Empire due to my constant use of mainly infantry, and I felt that the cavalry unit was completely obsolete. Shogun 2 brings back the classic medieval japan war battles where a mix between all units are essential to winning a battle
check youtube watch videos, for myself its not really a good game, graphic still arent what to expect also gameplay futures are not even near reality. I prefer empire total war tough, since its more "europe" than this japanese **** lol weird warriors like 10 different samurais omg which is now better? and the researches arent really good enuf to research lol. most of the time standard armies beat "researched armies" So its a mather of choices, I suggest trying the demo before spending money

If your samarai units are getting owned by the AI ashigaru units, yeah, Empire might be your cup of tea.... But, with that said, this game isn't a simple line them up and shoot it out game like Empire. Tactics and terrain and elevation have a HUGE impact on the outcome of battles, not who has the bigger cannons like Empire. I don't know, call it nostalgia, but I was hooked ever since Shogun, and have been playing it ever since!!

if u have played the first shogun, u won't ask this question........and the fact that this shogun 2 is much better than the previous one, well this game definitely for the total war fans.........
My Opinion: Shogun 2 is alot better than Empire. But since I was very disappointed by Empire, that is not so much worth. In my Eyes both Empire and Shogun 2 can not compare to Medieval 2, which was godlike. Still, I am having fun with shogun 2, and do not regret buying it, unlike Empire.
P.S. If they don't start showing full cities/castles/whatever and stop just giving you some walls to climb or shoot with the next Total War, I'll kick their ass.

I just loved lining up cannons on the hill to fire on the bridges on MTW2 and just bombard them just until the last moment when my pikemen would close the bridge off as my archers sent vollies into the back ranks!!! Then after they retreated, withdraw the pikemen and repeat bombardment!!!
