Not sure if anyone will be interested since there is a trainer for this but the console works for this game, done the old way (CTRL+SHIFT+C) the only code ive tried so far is motherlode which gives you 50k sim dollars, but I will edit this post if the others work once ive tried them.
Can you reset NPCs in this game as well? I have a quest NPC that is stuck in the stocks for 3 days now and they cannot be relased because I am my wizard and i need them to be released so that I can continue the quest.
typing testingCheatsEnabled on the console wont work.
To activate it go to your installation directory: ..\Electronic Arts\The Sims Medieval\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Ini
Then open Commands.ini
Change:
[Config] TestingCheatsEnabled=0
To This:
[Config] TestingCheatsEnabled=1
This will enable additional cheat options and also allow you to edit your hunger/sleep meter, friend meter and other debug stuff

I had to turn off the 'Read Only' flag, in order to modify it. Not sure if anyone else had to.

If you turn on the testingcheats, you need only click and drag the bar back to full.
