The reaver ability is high damage due to the fact your character has 999,999 health.

Things will get fixed eventually, just a busy time for Cal at the moment. Be Patient.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA

I am, no worries, I don't expect everything to be fixed in a day... as the saying goes Rome wasn't built in a day...

I have a warrior on this playthrough and I have the abilities from the reaver and berserker activated, the reaver one normally "eat" away some of your health in return for some bonus and the berserker one normally increases your damage level for some period of time, with the trainer options 1-4 (or 1 of them) activated the damage goes to 999.999 per hit and the hero dies instantly (at least that is what happens to me) the dif level influences it as well from what I can tell...

i have no idea what a 'reaver' is, nor is there anything writing 999,999 to the health of any characters (at least not intentionally), nor do i know what you are talking about with bonuses and berserker, etc.

so i am at a loss as to what you are describing. perhaps you should make a save of your game, post it online, send me a PM of it, and then a detailed instruction on how to reproduce the problem here.

    best,
    Cal

Try activating the trainer at the menu. Then dont activate any options until your first battle starts. After your character pulls out their weapon activate health options. I have Steam with the latest patch and all works well so don’t know if this will help.

Also other possible solution. There was a thread that said someone had identified this problem as being linked to one / some of the Reaver specializations. I think it was part of the original Trainer release thread where this was talked about but I cant find that thread…..Try your character from a save before you activated reaver and see what happens. I have not activated the Reaver specialization because of that thread and I do not have this issue.
