    Mod Edit: This thread originated from the Shogun 2 message board. That is where the context of the OP comes from

    Considering this is a game based entirely on Japanese history and culture, I think it would be appropriate for Valve (Steam) or the Creative Assembly to set up a small donation area for those who buy this game. I have not checked the CA website lately so I am not sure if they are already doing this. I thought I should mention it and perhaps post something on the CA boards as well.

    P.S. If you do not know whats happening in Japan right now, shame on you.

    Hats off to you.

    You're a much better person than I. Such a terrible thing has happened there, with a possibility of nuclear meltdown. Sony already shut down 6 plants that make blu-ray discs.

    i don´t care if steam or sega would spent money for the ppl in japan.
    i spent money for the ppl there, like i did when **** happens to the ppl of new orleans then haiti and other disasters, therefor i dont have much money like other but all i can spent i give to help like the way my father raised me: To help the helpless ones, the greatest threat in the world if you dont care what happens to other and well the religion/skin color dosn´t matter all our blood is red

    Your local Red Cross can always use donations and additional volunteers. Climb the ladder with them and you'll eventually be able to go overseas.
