Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I'd like to start off by saying I love this site and the service it provides. That being said I cant use these services to their fullest extent anymore as my unlimited membership has been canceled for some unknown reason. I purchased my membership at the earliest of December of last year so I know for sure that it hasn't lapsed yet, I guess what I'm getting at is where or who should I go to resolve this issue? Thank you for your time in responding to this post.

Resolved because I, like an idiot forgot which of my emails I had used for the unlimited membership. Sorry for the trouble.
