Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Message Board  

how do I match my game version with the correct version of the trainer? I tried patches 4-7, retail and steam so far, and they've all crashed the game, pls help, thanks!!

okay... can you guys please use the version number from the game instead of patch# 1,2... it would be a lot more helpful

I also would like to know. I would like to know what version the trainer is for patch 5 retail.

Also can't seem to find one that doesn't crash the game.

Considering Dice now regards BFBC2 as "retired", and won't update it anymore, perhaps CH can find the time and energy to make one final compatible version of the retail trainer. Even though it might be complicated. That would be very nice.

Buying it again at Steam at €40 is really not an option, as that's 25% more expensive than I got the game for on day of release... And I can get it in store for €17 today - but then it's retail again... With my local currency rates, Steam games are usually that much higher compared to getting a game in store, or by mail. Which I also prefer, I like owning a box! And of course, the thought of paying for something twice... I don't mind once, but that's generally the limit!
