Okay so I'm on the first mission I'm swalking down the side of a building with my teamates and they are all talking. At one point thye all reach a point where they are all standing around and doing nothing. What do I have to do to procede?

You have to get out of the palace, and the other building you enter.
there after a shootout where you have to kill everyone.

No I did not understand what you said. To repeat what I said I'm still on the outside of the bulding and everyone in my group is just standing around doing nothing and the mission has just started!

you have already tried to restart to see if it's a bug problem?
have you applied the latest update?

Off to the left you'll see sparks flying off of a tube (Elevator). Walk over to the source of the sparks and you'll get a kick prompt.
