I'll try the game myself just saying based on playing the demo and reviews the game is not what I thought it would be. Not criticizing people who will love just because its bioware.
Facts speak for themselves and Ill judge more once I play the full game. Change does not make a game better.

Also were did you hear it wasn't coming out on the pc? All three platforms were announced at the same time. If bioware quit the pc well lets see them recover a chuck of there revenue.

My beliefs are games should be multi-platrfom and not released just because they didn't want to spend a little more on ports. At least EA and Ubiosoft release most major titles on most platforms.

Also fact is revenue is up on the pc that is not a lie.

I think Dragon age 2 is a little confusing beacause everything that happens in it is happening at the same time of dragon age 1 and the darkspawn are diffrent from nr. 1 and flemeth hmm where shall i start, i need to play the whole game before i can make a serius thought about it. but at the moment its very
PS. Obisoft, bioware and EA rules

IF the ending is open ended, it's only because they plan to continue on the story of Hawke, they stated in an interview in a gaming magazine that the writer of the main storyline could come up with stories for over a hundred Dragon Age games, so he plans to keep on making more as long as he can. There's one thing I've come to stand by in recent years. Trust in Bioware. They always make games that I have a lot of fun playing, even if they repeat the same general style sometimes. Like, go to three places and defeat the main enemy like they had in Jade Empire and KOTOR 1, even Mass Effect had three main planets I think. Three required worlds to progress the story. I never really counted for ME 2, but I'm guessing that doesn't use the same formula.

Anyways, my point is, trust in them. Give them the benefit of the doubt until at least the game /is/ released and perhaps you try it or see videos of it, in game playing? I think that's fair, given their reliability.

Also, Dragon Age 2 takes place right after Ostagar but also takes place long after the Arch Demon is dead, as you fast forward years to progress the story. It's not really that complicated, and I kind of like the sound of how it will let you see immediately the results of your actions, rather than having to wait until the end of the game. It just means you can load a game and try something else without much trouble. xD

People are always afraid of change like faster combat different characters but in time everyone will admit that this game will be the best ever.

I can agree with you on this as I have thought Bioware to be the best in RPG game. But, having said that, I don't like the direction this game took with Dragon Age. if going by the demo. The combat is more action along the line of FF, Bayonetta or Ninja Gaiden than medieval lore. Some aspects of the fighting are ridiculously fast. The rogue being able to throw a smoke bomb, then seemingly tele-port in a nanosecond 30ft yo perform a backstab kill. it takes away from tactics with this kind of fighting and it is so fast, that the tactical part seems a bit removed.

All of the darkspawn looked nearly exactly the same, no variation. At least in Origins there were armor difference and shape differences to give feel instead of all of the near same looking enemies twirling swords in the air in unison, it looked dumb. I don't like how disconnected I felt with the game using the ME style conversation wheel, I find that I am not really making the character and game my own like it was in Origins. What was up with the total lack of feeling when hawkes sibling was killed, by the mother and hawke, no facial expressions at all.

But, I am getting this game because I know it is a demo. It is for Bioware to drop the ball or blow me away. By the way, ME had 4 planets: Ilos, Feros, Virmire and Noveria.

Well, you CAN still pause the game to keep the tactical side of the combat there, that's always there in Origins and Dragon Age 2, as it was in the demo as well. And as for the Darkspawn, they didn't really have that many big differences in Origins except for species types, brood mothers, etc. But, what you saw of them was just a small tidbit in the very beginning, just a small part of the horde as you well know, and given what I've heard of this game, that might be the only time we'll see Darkspawn. I read that the emphasis on this story is Mages against the Chantry or something like that.

Hell, they might not even have deep roads in Dragon Age 2, or an extension of them, but then again they just might have a dwarven city there. I was hoping that in one of these games they'd let us go to the other surviving Dwarven city, the one that they thought was lost. And as for their lack of facial expressions, the mother did seem very upset, as for the brother and Hawke, they're trained warriors, they know to grieve when they have the time in private and not in a battlefield with probably more Darkspawn on the way.

You wouldn't see Commander Shepard balling his eyes out in a battlefield like that if he lost someone he cared for, he'd get the job done and think on it later, talk to friends about the event. I think that they're just trying to stay strong, like good soldiers.

I enjoyed it for the most part. I love the fact that there is a great story that seems to be unfolding. I wasn't a fan of the camera. I like how it was kind of offset in DA:O but it seems to be straight down overhead in the new one. I liked being able to not only see my party but also some of the enemy's that ranged attackers and I couldn't see a thing in the demo. I also hated that they would allow you to loot bodies but had the inventory disabled, that didn't make any sense to me. I do hope there is also a shortcut to the upgrade screen so I don't have to pause every time I want to upgrade.
