Max Area Points & Unlock all roads doesn't work for me!

I've tried every way to enable this trainer with my game but have not had any successful attempts at it. Starting it before, after, during etc. I cannot get it to activate.

v069 build 1 If this helps any.

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. Run trainer as admin. Use no-cd fix.
