Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hello! I know I'm not on the forums very much, but I've done everything I can think to do except use a different browser.. but, for the life of me, I can't get the trainer preview videos to play. Ever.

I have the Combined Community Codec Pack, my default player is set to Media Player Classic - Home Cinema, I'm using Firefox, have flash installed, have Java turned on.. is there something I'm missing or need to change? D:

i have an idea
try to delete all your browser cookies
close it and reopen and come to site again if it didn't work try to reload site with CTRL+F5 keys and then again try it.

Humm, I suppose I should have mentioned that this is on a fresh install of Windows (new computer.. long story).

Even so, I tried that, and it didn't work. If it makes a difference, I'm running Firefox 3.6.13

i am not sure about your browser version but if you recently install any plug in in your browser try to disable it.

if it didn't work let wait for mods respond

The video player uses FLASH (FLV) to play the videos. You might try updating flash to the newest 10.2 via the Adobe website. If it works in a different browser, then you must have a FF plug-in or something that is incompatible.
