Load the game online,steam just updated the game.It now gives you the option for DX10 or DX9 when you start.Also the cheats work fine on my machine and the latest CH trainer works also.

The trainer stopped working today. They deleted my post and updated the trainer with the hour. These guys RAWK!!!

Yes, DX9 = DirectX 9, DX10 = DirectX 10, etc.
