BBEdit is a 3rd party program that allows you to edit teams in save files. The version written for the original (and then DE) version of the game did not work for LE due to the extra teams.
It has been updated. It can be found here, but you will need to register with their site to be able to download it:

Actualy you dont need to register. You can view the forums without registering and the link to the file there works fine. Still there are some interesting articles there, so by all means register if you wanna join a discusion. But it is not needed for the editor
