if you used the trainer, and your health meter drops to zero with infinite health you won't be able to use that save game. i found this out when i exited the game for a bit and when i tried to reload i kept dieing as soon as it loaded even if i started the trainer and turned infinite health on.
EDIT: seems to be a random occurence after a relaunched again. you just have to remember to turn the trainer on at the menu and turn the infinite health on......
the bad thing is that your health bar tends to vanish with ANY function on the trainer. Just want credits? your health is gone. I hope it gets fixed cause I want the infinite ammo, but not god mode.

let me just put here that this is NOT going to 'break' your game. the glitch is purely graphical.
at any rate, i looked at the trainer(s) and updated it. pwizard will post shortly-
Health is still acting kind of strange even after this last update. The health bar will show full health, even while taking a massive beating, and then suddenly you'll be dead.
Also, using the health pack key sometimes consumes an entire stack of health packs when you're using the 99 items option. Discovered that the hard way after trying to spam my health key while getting hammered only to give me that annoying buzzing sound indicating you're out of health packs.
Still, fantastic trainer, I'm enjoying the hell of out my third playthrough with it (the +speed combined with +matrix option is absolutely brilliant, btw).
