    Hi, I've had a quick search around the forum for help on this and nothing seems to have helped;

    My internet has started cutting out sporadically lately so I got an offline key to allow me to continue to enjoy your trainers, however even with an offline key all my trainers fail to authenticate...

    I'm running Windows 7 pro x86 with Avast Home A/V (Which I've tried disabling - still not authenticating)

    I've tried generating a new offline key and using that but no luck, each trainer is run through the trainer manager and as administrator but still none of the trainers will authenticate when my internet connection isn't present.

    Is there anything I'm missing or forgetting to do?

    Thanks

    Callum

    I am also having the same issue. Attempting to use an offline key does not work.
    Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit for the OS.
    Any body have any idea why this is not working?

    Same here. Offline key has no values inside and has a total size of 0 bytes. Offline key creator must be failing. Win 7 64-bit. Also my old offline key is not working. (installed OS 3 days ago)
